BRETT FULCER
Brett Fulcer is a Vice President at Brumidi Group and leads the firm’s presence in the western United States.
Brett advises a diverse portfolio of clients on issues related to economic development, transportation, outdoor recreation, congressional oversight, emergency management, and public buildings. Brett is a respected policy expert and has deep experience in drafting, negotiating, and advancing policy priorities through the congressional committee and legislative process. He leverages his years of committee experience on Capitol Hill to provide clients with guidance on building and implementing effective strategies to navigate the regulatory and legislative landscape to advance their policy agendas.
Prior to joining Brumidi Group, Brett was a professional staff member for the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He has extensive legislative experience at the full committee and subcommittee level, having negotiated the inclusion of provisions in several major pieces of legislation, including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, the American Rescue Plan Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act.

Brett earned his juris doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science from Virginia Tech.
